Toddler Sleep Services

12 Months - 2.5 Years of Age

Have you noticed that your child’s sleep hasn’t improved, or perhaps even regressed since they turned one? This package is designed for families with toddlers aged between 12 months and 2.5 years old, who are still struggling to sleep independently and need support throughout the entire sleep plan process.

Together, we’ll work closely to identify and address any sleep challenges while creating healthy sleep habits. Throughout our time together your toddler will learn the essential skills of falling asleep independently, improving both daytime naps and nighttime sleep!

This package includes:

  • PRELIMINARY SLEEP EVALUATION —
You’ll complete an extensive questionnaire to help me understand your family dynamics, your little one’s needs and any existing sleep or health challenges.

  • PRIVATE 60-90-MINUTE CONSULTATION —
Through a personalized Zoom session, we’ll discuss sleep education, set expectations, and review your baby’s sleep plan. You’ll receive helpful tips, tricks and tools to help you instill healthy sleep habits effectively.

  • A DETAILED TODDLER SLEEP PLAN —
A personalized plan covering your toddler’s routine, age-appropriate schedule, and effective strategies to address bedtime struggles, night waking, early morning wake-ups, poor naps and any other issues your family may be experiencing.

  • DAILY VIRTUAL LOG MONITORING FOR SLEEP AND FEEDS —
Using this tool, we’ll gain insight into areas of concern and also celebrate successes together. I’ll monitor these logs daily, providing feedback as needed.
